How to press wood pellets
The main process to make wood pellets as below:
If your raw material is wood log, the process can be as below:
- wood chipper(crushing wood log into wood chips)
- Hammer Mill(crush wood chips into smaller powder)
- Rotary dryer(dry the raw material into suitable moisture)
- Wood pellet machine(press sawdust into wood pellets, the pellet size can be 6mm to 12mm)
- Pellet cooling machine
- Pellet packing machine
